MOU SIGNED BETWEEN COLD LAKE VICTIM SERVICES AND RCMP DETACHMENT Local Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for RCMP "K" Division Detachments and Victim Services Units. The document signed in 2010 is subsequent to the original Local MOU that was established in 2007. This updated version reflects current obligations, expectations and responsibilities of the police-based Victim Services Units and RCMP detachment(s) and provides an overview of the services that need to be provided to victims. The objective is to facilitate communication to allow for the continued positive, cooperative, and effective working relationships needed to provide services and legislated rights to victims. |
